Leaders, people holding responsibility, Emergency Services personnel and more can become mentally and emotionally isolated by their positions, functioning under and trying to process stresses that are difficult to express out loud to colleagues or family members.
Annew provides Sanctum as a safe online space to talk it out, and depressurise. Sanctum can be as anonymous as you want it to be. A single appointment or regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly check-in to download.
Appointments are 45 - 90 minutes,
