As a Mentor/Facilitator and MEMI Practitioner, I have worked for decades supporting and advocating for people facing challenging situations and seasons of change.

Having had leadership roles in community and organisations, and as a longtime coach/mentor, I understand the isolation and pressure that can build internally, and the impact that can have on work and family, when we are faced with the realities of making significant, weighty decisions, supporting and managing individuals and teams.

I have also seen the personal toll and trauma affecting people in front-line work carrying out their vital, challenging roles caring for the vulnerable and responding to the emergencies of our communities.

I am passionate about seeing people grow and build resilience and strength both in the workplace and in their personal lives. This is why I have created Annew. Offering two allied yet very different facets of support for those carrying heavy loads and needing relief. Sometimes it’s about depressurising and talking things out, sometimes it’s about dealing with the shadows of our experience and their impact on our internal and external lives.

My SANCTUM CONFIDENTIAL facilitation provides an online-only, safe, private space to debrief without performance metrics, expectations or assessment. A space to have an honest conversation, to express authentically without pressure or recording, to download, decompress, use as a sounding board or just work something through.

My MEMI change work provides a gentle yet powerful neuroscience-based method to move past post traumatic experience and ongoing related challenges, drop the cover-up and move forward.
